A lot can happen over a bottle of beer. And for us the best thing happened was PUNJABI AFFAIR. We wanted to quit our job and start something of our own, digging in to the news paper with beer in hand, we spotted an ad for restaurant on sale in Madhapur. Next minute we called on that number, got the meeting fixed and things were on track. And finally we took over a place in Madhapur. We still remember the first day when we opened after pooja. People started pouring in and we were not ready with the whole menu. What ever was ready we served and was appreciated. It was a 48 seater non a/c restaurant with a few fans and windows with a balcony overlooking the road. Iron rod steps, shaky at some times, but still the love and blessing we got from our guests, made us open another restaurant in Kondapur on the main road.
Things went on, our Madhapur branch got a chance to become an a/c restaurant. We shifted to the adjacent building on the first floor , now it was a 86 seater restaurant . We tried to reach the demand of our guest as much as possible and developed a personal touch with whomever we could, then came up our 1st franchisee outlet in Trimulgiri, which is still at budding stage. We thank you Hyderabad for giving us your love for the food and appreciation and votes in Times Food Award that we were awarded the best Punjabi food in 2015 by Times.
